We pride ourselves in treating each client as an individual, so each appointment at the hair salon is tailored to meet your needs. We want you to feel completely relaxed and in safe hands, whilst you are with us at the hair salon in Swansea.
PRICES & POLICIES
At Jamie Hill we like to ensure your experience with us runs smoothly, so here are few things to be mindful of when booking with us:
- For appointment changes or cancellations please allow at least 24 hours notice. Payment may be taken if any appointment is cancelled after this time.
- Our blow drys last 45 minutes. That’s why when booking a colour service we include only a rough dry as part of your experience. If you require a full blow dry then it will need to be made as an additional booking after your colour service.
- A deposit is required for all new colour services, redeemable against your service and only refunded if an appointment is cancelled with more than 24 hours notice.
- Guests new to colour at Jamie Hill must carry out a skin test at least 48h prior to any colour service. We also offer a complimentary consultation to find the right service for you.
